Meet the Founders
Brad Lambden
Brad is a systems thinker with a mystic streak. A former corporate project director turned entrepreneurial coach, he’s obsessed with helping people discover how they’re wired—then building life and business around that truth. Equal parts tactician and empath, Brad leads from the inside out. He wears a vest like it’s armor but walks barefoot on holy ground.
Rose Garretson
Rose is a storyteller, strategist, and sonic healer. With a background spanning high-stakes corporate ops and mythic fiction, she brings both structure and soul to every project she touches. She's a builder of books, brands, and safe spaces—often all at once. Her laugh carries like a wind chime and her words cut through fog. She lives to spark wonder.
